Maintenance situation
A meeting was held between maintenance management and LU (labour unions) regarding specific activities. There will be a regular follow-up on a monthly basis (shops, HR meeting)

A meeting was held between maintenance management and LU regarding specific activities. There will also be regular follow-up on a monthly basis (shops, HR meeting). OÚP representatives expressed their satisfaction with the current steps. They also asked shop management to share progress in individual section beyond the agreed follow-up (even by e-mail) so that unions and employees have up-to-date information. They also asked for information regarding current steps to standardize device control. In conclusion, they recalled the requirement to standardize maintenance settings in the future based on current findings and measures.

KOVO representatives agree with the planned steps.
ASO representatives accept the planned steps.

Reduction of processes
Current proposal: Company representatives proposed a punch list, which would ensure the individual steps of process reduction only after approval by the parties concerned (shop, HS, …) incl. discussions with unions.

Representatives of all LU agree with the proposed punch list. The situation within shop meetings must continue to be monitored.

Company meal
Current proposal: Entitlement to the 2nd meal subsidy when working 11 hours is exceeded:

1. for employees with shift length > 11h:

– main meal in the canteen or a cool meal during the week

– meal plan flat rate on the weekend

2. for employees on overtime meal vouchers

The representatives of all LU agree with the proposal.

Employment contracts
Current proposal: Possibility of an indefinite period contract for employees with an employee card. New criteria:

– 3 years in the company

– GL approval

– assessment min. 3,5 without disciplinary action and absence max. 5%

– test from Czech language – level A2

As part of the monthly HR business meeting, the number of employees with a contract for an indefinite period will be reported.

The representatives of all LU agree with the proposal.

Acting TL
Current planned steps:

1) Increase of promotion limits on the basis of a modified goal in agreement with the management of all shops (11/2022).

2) Implementation of a process for accelerated promotion from the position of TM2 to the position of TM3 in the case of performing the position of “Acting TL”

3) Shops + HR is introducing a screening and feedback process for long-term candidates (from 11/2022)

The basic criteria for compiling the list’s priority are: performance evaluation, time in the position and completed training.

ASO representatives requested an update of the criteria for promotion to the directive. Company representatives confirmed that the directive will be updated by 23.11.

Representatives of KOVO and OÚP agree with the planned steps.

One time production bonus
Current proposal: An amount for each car produced, corresponding to 10 000 CZK/year at 100 % of the produced volume, with payment in 2 payments (advance and settlement) per year, with min. pay-out threshold of 50 %.

The representatives of all LU agree with the proposal.

Surcharge for work in continuous operation
Current proposal: Increasing the surcharge for work in continuous mode to 5 CZK/hour.

Wages and KPD increase
The company proposes to maintain the KPD and VO until 31 August 2024. KPD ensures flexibility, thanks to which the company can maintain employment and raise wages regularly, therefore it is a necessary part of the company’s proposal.

The representatives of the OÚ expressed that they do not perceive KPD in the new CA (collective agreement) negatively (especially considering that the employees are mostly in the red numbers). At the same time, they communicated their expectations for a wage increase of more than CZK 3 000.

KOVO representatives expressed that they also do not perceive KPD in the new CA negatively. They expressed their expectation of a wage increase of at least CZK 200 higher than the last proposal, and at the same time asked to consider a one-time contribution in the spring of 2023, given that energy bills tend to be billed at that time.

ASO representatives expressed that, due to the requirement to maintain the KPD, they demand an increase in wages by CZK 3 200 for TM(M) and CZK 3 500 for TL(M), an increase in the K+ shift allowance from CZK 1 000 to CZK 3 000, transfer 10-12 KPD shifts, replacement leave for individually cancelled K-.

The representatives of the OÚP responded to the demands of the ASO by saying that the issue of the cancelled K-shift is complex and needs to be explained more, understood by all involved and only then discussed.

Final agreement of all parties involved on open points:
Salary increase + CZK 3 000 TM(M) + CZK 3 200 TL(M)
+ a corresponding increase in the resulting company bonus and premium

+ a corresponding increase in the guaranteed part of the company bonus

Preservation of KPD and VO, provided that:

·       from January 1, 2023, the surcharges for K+ allowance will be increased to CZK 1 200 and the shift transfer limit will be changed to +/- 12 from the current 16

·       KPD conditions will be fixed by 31.8.2024

One-time contribution to employees in the month of 3/2023 (pay-out 10.4.) in the amount of CZK 10 000, due to energy bills, maintenance of KPD and timely closing of CA.

Agreed by all parties
3 One-time contribution 2022 – second part Company representatives confirmed that according to the original agreement, the 2nd part of the 2022 one-off contribution of CZK 4 000 will be paid in the November payment (10/12/2022) Agreed by all parties
