Finance 

  • Increase production bonus from 10,000 to 20,000 CZK
  • The same salary increase as in the previous year, i.e. 3,200 for TL and 3,000 for TM
  • Increase of the surcharge for work in continuous working mode to 10 CZK

Loyalty bonus – to salary/Z-account, introducing according to years of work, one-time contribution on the anniversary of years of service

Social assistance 

  • In the event of the death of an employee 50,000 CZK to the husband, wife, spouse, partner, partner or close person who lived with him in the same household before the death and was dependent on him, CZK 80,000 for each dependent child of the deceased or for a child in his care replacing that of his parents
  • Passes in the company, reduction of punishment after half a shift, clarification of the current situation
  • Termination of employment, bonus payment for the period worked
  • Change in the Collective Agreement about labour union activities, Article 7, paragraph 7.4.1. cancel the part beginning with : Unions can also distribute documents in person during non-working hours of employees, etc.

  • If the labour unions ask the company to be present at some activity, such as control measurements, etc., so that the company is obliged to invite the OO to participate and it is started after an agreement with the OO, this wording in the collective agreement
  • If the OÚP does not agree on a new collective agreement by the end of 2023 and the company is interested in signing the collective agreement in 2024, then the labour union will proceed to further negotiations on the collective agreement, provided that the company will guarantee to pay all financial claims as for signing the collective agreement on 31.12. 2023.
