- Increase overtime pay to 40%.
- Overtime before or after production, quality circles, implementation of kaizens and additional work
- OÚP requests evidence of whole this time for all employees and properly record and reimburse, count after 5 minutes, or pay employees an extra month salary per year.
- Holiday
- OÚP requires an increase number of days of leave by 1 day after 8 years worked in the company and every 5 years in the company.
- Benefit of 60 + / 10 years in the company
- Pay this benefit to employees after 15 years in the company for any reason for leaving, it is CZK 100 for each month worked.
- Working hours
- OÚP require the planning of working hours in the KS, so that the working week is five days, the working hours are 8 hours, everything else should be solved within extraordinary shifts. Breaks between shifts should be taken at the expense of the company.
- In the collective agreement we do not want any references to guideline, we want the guideline to be stated in full in the collective agreement or as an annex.
- Senior program
- We require the expansion of EUC services with rehabilitation and activities to improve the health of employees in age of 50 or more.
- Dental Surgery
- We require the dental office for employees and their families.
- Wage increases
- OÚP requires an increase in wages according to the real inflation (not according to CNB data), which is currently 6-7 %, which is our notion of an increase
- KPD proposed by the company
- To maintain the KPD, we will propose a change in the company’s parameters and guidelines.
- Collective agreement for two years
- Although we are optimistic, we do not think this wish of the company is realistic.
